Who we are

Calendyte is an appointment and waitlist tool for small businesses. Contact: hello@calendyte.com.

What we collect

• Business accounts: email address, business name, services, team members and working hours.
• Customers: the name, email and phone number a customer enters when booking or joining a waitlist, plus appointment details.
• Historical social account records: account names, IDs, and post history created before social publishing was disabled may remain stored. Existing access tokens are erased and scheduled posts are cancelled.

Social platform data

Connecting accounts and creating or publishing social posts are currently unavailable. We do not read private messages, sell data or use social platform data for advertising.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Data is shared only with service providers needed to run Calendyte, such as hosting and email delivery.

Retention and your rights

We keep business and customer data while an account is active. Historical social account and post records may also remain stored; their access tokens are erased and queued posts are cancelled. You may ask to access, correct or delete your data by emailing hello@calendyte.com. See also data deletion.
